League Dues

VGL LEAGUE DUES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VGL League Dues consist of three things - Round Dues, Hole-in-1 Ace Pot, and Skins Buy In/Pay Out  

• Round Dues are charged by  'prepaid' round package and cover league expenses

• Ace Pot is set at a fixed amount of $1 per round and is included in round dues

• Skins games -  Skins buy ins need to be sent to the league or paid cash prior to the start of the event. Skins pay outs will be made the following day except for roll overs or jackpots (Connect 4). Skins are not included in round dues.

All collected Dues money goes back into the league. Any spend of league money is approved by members using a timed league vote.

Dues Packages can be bought at any time but must be payed up front and expire at the end of current season. When a round package runs out, player has option to buy another package to continue scoring rounds.

All dues payments can be e-transferred to vglgolfleague@gmail.com or paid in cash to commissioner. 

Also to note:

No regular Round Dues or Ace Pot Dues apply to Skins games, DP Cup matches, or either of the VGL Finals - Match Play Bracket Series Finals or Green Chip Invitational.  Ace Pot is off the board for these rounds.  Should an ace happen in any other VGL round, player will receive the full 'Ace Pot' amount, and pot will start over again at 0.

League rules regarding dues:

13. LEAGUE DUES & ADMINISTRATION

* League dues are non-refundable and must be paid in accordance with current season terms to remain active

* The Ace Pot is awarded only for a hole-in-one scored on a first shot during an announced VGL round, with dues paid, and is not valid on temp greens

* Any players unpaid dues remaining at season end are written off and charged to the league balance

* Players with unpaid dues are removed from the league until balances are settled

* For league events, player cancellations after confirmation may require payment of additional course fees plus a $20 league penalty

* The following approved automatic league expenditures do not require a vote: VGL Tournament Advance Booking Fees, DP Cup Gear, Website Renewal
